At Yotsuya Station Clinic, we value our patinents’ time and busy schedules. That is why we offer lunch time and after work hour appointments at our convenient location nearby Yotsuya Station. Our goal is providing appropriate treatment while minimizing waiting time and maximizing the therapeutic outcome. Our main services are Internal Medicine/General Practice (especially specialized in Diabetes) and Dermatology/Cosmetic Dermatology/Plastic Surgery. We will put all our effort to provide a high-quality and safe care in a timely way, using evidence-based reasonable care for each patient. The care should be respectful and responsive to a patient’s need and preferences.

NOTES:
- Please bring your Japanese health insurance card, your medication record book (“Okusuri-techo”), and the referral letter if you have.
- We only accept cash (Japanese Yen) when you receive health insurance treatment. Card or cash app can be used only for self-pay care fee.
- Please wear a mask while staying in the clinic to prevent the infection outbreak.
- We settle the specific appointment time for the patients with fever. If you have such a symptom, please let us know beforehand and make an appointment.
